What do u think, the last one didnt fit so hear is what i ment. Have AFOR get up to 20-30 members and after that have the other ppl that we recruit make apps.

Definetly let them make an app, then watch them. If they really suck, don't let them in. Let them make another app in a few weeks when their better.
