Not sure I get this. 1 man replacing the Jedi Council? I may have a different view on this because I'm on the council, but at the Jedi Council we have different opinions, so I think we cover every perspective when we are asked something. But with 1 person, he could give wrong information. If this is what the question is trying to say, then my vote stands at no.

yes he should. Not like ten people, but the leaders from all of the squads. They should vote on stuff like who stays and goes.
