ya, that's your descion but don't promo ppl to easy, look at MOTR, there' ppl that can kick all of our butts on MOTR and yet there still Pvt's

just because he owns you once doesn't mean you give a promo. Believe me, I lived through -]RC[- without a promotion, and went through {MotR} with a few promotions. To get a promo, you have to consistently pwn your upper ranks. If my squad pwned me once or twice, I wouldn't pay much attention to it. If everytime I die I see that name right there, I'll notice them, maybe look into a promotion. If it's too easy, then by a month all privates will be a commander. Take promos seriously, ppl gotta work hard for a promo. Don't give them away to privates for 25 cents because they got a Pac-Man record (just to use symbolism).

ya, thatz what i've been tryin to say, if you look at all the MOTR Pvt's, they kick*** and yet they don't get promos

yeah REMO as a lead you need to make sure your opinion isn't based on one event(i like the symbolism bullet used) stretch it out and make promos a real high point in the person's gaming career. Now I do think that this Killer kid has a lot of skill and then some but just be pacient and watch

I do not get promoted for even defeating the best of my clan. Things take time, Bacta Week is where you prove your self, that is when you are noticed for your skills.
